Introduction
GOSteiner is a method to assess the statistical significance of an arbitrary set of genes or proteins via the Gene Ontology (GO). The process involves conceptualizing the GO as a complex network, where ideas from the field of graph theory can then be used to summarize the topology and ultimately the functional coherence of the set.
This is the main project page with links to GOSteiner's web-based interface, the documentation and publication related materials. A development page with a subversion repository for GOSteiner source is also available.
